Collection of family photographs and numerous images taken when the North Dakota state capitol was being constructed in Bismarck, N.D. in the early 1930s. The people and portraits series includes images of G. Angus and Dot Fraser, their family, his parents, great-grandfather Simon Fraser, and other family members in an album containing ca. 40 cabinet photographs, cartes-de-visite and tintypes mostly taken in Pennsylvania. There are forty-nine images showing the various stages of constructing the N.D. state capitol.
